		<description>Thanks Jeffrey! My father (who was an attorney) said the same thing - knowing the paperwork isn&#039;t the same as knowing the market or knowing marketing.  It helps to have good professional allies in related fields to whom we can send our clients when a need arises outside of our own area of expertise.</description>

Similarly, I often get asked if I would handle a FSBO, and I usually advise the caller that it will end up costing more money and not be as productive than if they hired a Broker.  The convincing point is made when I explain they would have to pay a retainer fee up front, instead of waiting until close of escrow. More importantly, I explain that a qualified Broker knows the market, the value, and the process much better than anyone.</description>
