Want to find a home in the Silicon Valley area or the San Jose area? We can help you to either buy or sell property, but unfortunately rentals are not generally available through real estate agents (sorry: it’s virtually all “for rent by owner” in this market). To lease or rent a home, please check out our list of rental resources on my relocation website, Move2SiliconValley.com.

Through the link below, browse listings of Silicon Valley homes for sale by map. Just complete the fields for your real estate search, including property status (click ACTIVE only for available homes), price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, size of home, etc. You’ll be able to view the results. In the San Francisco Bay Area, of which Silicon Valley is a part, home prices are high. An average house in the San Jose area is $1,800,000. It is much more expensive in the high tech capitals of Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, and Cupertino. And it’s more costly in Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, and Saratoga – all known for their excellent schools.
Curious about what homes are actually selling for? Instead, click the SOLD property status. In the last year or two, often the list price has been well below the actual sales price, so this tool can prepare you very well for a more accurate picture of the real estate market here.
Relocating here from out of the area, or out of the country? I work with a lot of good folks who move to Silicon Valley from abroad as well as from out of California and I can help you to streamline your house hunt and find a home to buy fast! Please contact me and we can discuss your needs and goals – I can make the process of settling here faster and smoother for you.
