What is truly unique and fantastic about this view property is that there’s an approved building site with views of the year round Uvas River.  With the current setbacks and codes, this would not be possible if there were not already a house situated in this location already. (The house there was never finaled and the highest and best use of the land would indicate that rebuilding is a good idea.)
