It is also within the Nordstrom Elementary attendance area – a huge draw.

You’ll see stucco exteriors, tile roofs, arches, and other accents reminiscent of the Mediterranean style, and other types, too.
In many cases, the yards are designed to absorb the water from the downspouts so it is not sent to the streets and on to the bay.
